I had purchased 3 cars from Kelly Cadillac and I totalled my car in an accident. I wanted to replace my CTS with a used car so I would not have a payment. I was blessed that Kelly Cadillac had a 1 owner car that fit my budget. They treated me the same way I was treated when I had purchased 3 new cars from Kelly. Kelly Cadillac provides excellent customer service and we love the concierge service.
They go out of their way to be sure you are completely satisfied.

From the moment my wife and I arrived everyone we talked to from the owner to his wife to the sales person to the manager were better than I expected even though they came highly recommended. By better I mean knowledgable, friendly, sincere and easy to talk to. We could tell that they are genuine and not just putting on a show. I will go back there again for my next car.

We were VERY impressed with the customer service provided by everyone at Kelly Cadillac. The sales staff is not pushy, everyone is very attentive. We were greeted by the owner on each visit and felt as though our business was important to him. We initially went with the intention of buying one new vehicle and ended up bringing home two! We very much look forward to a long and beneficial relationship with Kelly Cadillac.

Kelly Cadillac is the best automotive dealership in our area. We buy our cars there – and from sales to service we are totally satisfied. The whole Kelly Cadillac team treats you like you are a long time friend. Michelle Russell does a fantastic job and she serves two generations of our family with quality service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend these fine folks to anyone that is looking for a luxury car or truck. I also appreciate the mechanical service team as well. When you call to schedule service for your car, they listen and ask questions to ensure that everything is taken care of in the process. It's always a great experience to see your car sparkling clean after the service has been performed. You can not go wrong with any transaction at Kelly Cadillac. They truly are central PA's automotive sales and service leader.

I gave Kelly Cadillac the high marks I gave them because I have just bought my third car from them in less than a year. In sales, no other dealership will beat the hard work put into making the deal work for "you" as the team of Marc Gagliardi and Mr. Geoff Kelly. In the service department, Kelly Cadillac employs the top combination of Graham Burry and Mr. Lynn Yoder.....These two men will always be the ones I take my cars to. At a lot of dealerships, the "freindliness" usually ends before the ink has dried on your sales contract....with Kelly, your friendship only grows stronger as the years go on. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. Julie took the time to explain everything to us in detail. She is a terrific salesperson, who knew the vehicle inside and out. She took us through every aspect of the SRX and it's many features. She made sure we understood all about it. She went above and beyond, even setting up our preferences and helping with the Onstar account. It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks Julie!!
Glenn did a great job handling the paperwork, going over all the forms in detail and he made it quick and easy. We also met Allen, the sales manager who gave us a great deal on our trade; Geoff Kelley, the owner; and Lynn Yoder, the service manager. Everyone we met on the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I bought my 2006 Saab from this dealer. My car was making some unusal noies. I called and was told to bring my car in for a review. I was given the owners demo car to use while mine was checked out.
The servcie manager , who was terrific in his own right, kept me informed as to what needed to be done and the cost. I was totally confident in everything that needed to be repaired and now my car is running as great as wheen I drove it off th lot 5 years ago.
I will most defintely be bringing my car back for service as well as buying my next vehicle from Kelly Cadillac/Saab. Their service profile is unsurpassed.
