I apologize for my previous review. I misjudged Oakes Kia for something a previous car lot didn't do. My husband and I worked with Emma and she is a treasure. She calmed me down and mad I misjudged Oakes Kia for something a previous car lot didn't do. My husband and I worked with Emma and she is a treasure. She calmed me down and made everything easy for us. She has a very pleasing personality. She explained everything and I felt was very truthful. To me truthful if very important. I have had nothing but great experiences at Oakes Kia!
