Long Wait Paid Off! I ordered a 2020 Kia Telluride Sx Prestige at the beginning of April and received it on August 29. Such a long wait due to factory issues with supply and demand but it was worth my wait! This vehicle is beautiful and amazing! Mac Bridges was so wonderful to keep me updated along the way and I think he and Josh were as excited as I was when it finally arrived! I appreciate them being patient with my impatience and thankful they were so positive about me ordering in the first place as I had been discouraged from ordering what I wanted from another dealer! Thanks Mac for being so kind every time I texted you! Thanks Josh for letting me know when there was an exciting update along the way! Thanks Doug for being so great with the finances!!! More

Go see Mac Bridges I went to the dealership and told Mark Bobay and Mac Bridges that I needed a car. Guess what?!! THEY made sure that I left that day with car. Great leasing experience! I don't normally do a review, but I am very happy to do this review. We dealt with Mark Bobay, Mac Bridges , Doug Magnusen. Working with these 3 Guys I don't normally do a review, but I am very happy to do this review. We dealt with Mark Bobay, Mac Bridges , Doug Magnusen. Working with these 3 Guys made our car leasing experience extremely easy, stress free and you felt like you walked away after just being with friends. Mark was very knowledgeable very helpful with showing us the features on the car. Mac was very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us figure out which trim level we wanted. Doug understood what we needed to do and wanted to do for Leasing and helped us figure out the best way to get the best options for lease. I cannot think these three gentlemen enough for all their help and understanding and for treating us like friends I look forward to doing more business with these three Gentlemen in the future thanks again Gentlemen we are very happy with our lease and our experience at Ray Skillman Kia Southside More

Kia Service Department I’m writing this review in hopes that there might be some policy changes in regards to the service technicians and the way they do things. I brought m I’m writing this review in hopes that there might be some policy changes in regards to the service technicians and the way they do things. I brought my Kia in for 30k warranty check. I pick my Kia up and I now have scratches on my front fenders from the technicians belt buckles or something else. Mike was able to buff most of them out however I’m still left with a scratch that is deep. This is the 2nd time I have had issues with the service technicians not paying attention. Last time they had to replace my door handle. Now I get to wait for Adam Franks to call me and schedule time for the scratch to be fixed. I just paid 380.00 to now have to come back. Who will be paying me for my time since it’s valuable as well. I just paid the technicians 204.00 out of that 380.00 for their labor! Where is the decency of respecting someone else’s belongings? The only good news out of this is Kourtney Bradshaw was great! She actually understood our concerns and was sympathetic. On a side note, as my car was getting serviced, looked at the Telluride and test drove. The salesman Mac smelled of straight alcohol (vodka)and was not helpful at all. Chris the used car salesman definitely thought I was stupid and only offered me 11-13k for my 2017 Kia Spoetage that is AWD with 30k miles. He said he would sell it for around 18k. He had already pulled up my information on what I owed while I was on test drive. So now salesman can pull up what you owe without your knowledge???? Disappointed, disrespectful, and I will never buy a car from a Ray Skillman dealership ever again. More

Great car buying experience! Mac contacted me after seeing that I was shopping online. He immediately contacted me but I wasn't quite ready to purchase. When I arrived he greeted me by name and from there I ended up purchasing a new 2019 KIA SOUL. With a little negotiation, the Finance Manager that assisted me helped get the price down for an affordable payment, HAPPY CUSTOMER! This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Ray Skillman . More
