I purchased a New Car from Mackenzie was my primary sales person Sal helped and the GM Ryan. Not only did they help me with my new car after Ian I had a 2021 totaled SuV from the STORM.and having a totaled person Sal helped and the GM Ryan. I purchased a used an preowned after Ian from Jenkins Kia and when I came back 7 months later they helped as much if not more Buying 3 vehicles in 7 months and not being buried is Excellent Management and Staff. I arrived at my appointment a little early I was met by a man that checks the vehicle in he told me to go inside to the service adviser and he would take care of me based on the service and 2 updates on the man that checks the vehicle in he told me to go inside to the service adviser and he would take care of me based on the service and 2 updates on the vehicle I was so impressed with how long it took for the service to be completed. Usually when I go there it takes them 2 to 3 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation not this time! Thank you Josh. More

The service writter was very nice and professional offered shuttle and informed me of the waiting area and snacks.
