Hi, I’m Mahogany Nolen, assistant service manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in 2020 I’m excited to bring my years of customer service experience to the team. Our dealership focuses on delivering a positive and quality guest experience which aligns with my commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I’m a graduate of Walnut Ridge High School. I have three children ShyAira, Ky’aira, and Xavier, and away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family. My favorite vacation escape was to Las Vegas, let’s face it, it’s a world all its own with so much to do. The most-played song on my playlist must be Pack Lite by Queen Naiga. I was told too bad, normal wear and tear, I had 1350 miles on it. howerer, Mahogany Nolan, a service rep, who overheard the conversation said it wouldn't be a problem to get it aligned under warranty. so hooray to Mahogany and meh to the sales force More
