Poor service experience.Folks in the shop rotated tires Poor service experience. Folks in the shop rotated tires but did not tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels. A dangerous situation as my son is the one driving the car. Will see how the they resolve issue and provide customer service. Not the first time we had patchy service work performed. More
