Shortly after that I had a family issue come up and had to put on hold my purchase of a new truck. Malcolm kept in contact while I was I was taking care of my family, and during that time, the exact truck I wanted showed up a the the lot and Malcolm reached out to me and we struck a deal on a 2018 3500 that i wanted. Malcolm is truly an asset to Dodge of Burnsville, an Is great at his job! Even after my purchase he kept in touch to see how things are going, which I think Is truly a window into his character as a person! I will ONLY do business Malcolm from this point on, and have already referred a few friends to Malcolm for there next purchase! More

Sometimes that was not known when a question was asked. ( for instance, does the steering wheel adjust in multiple ways, or just one direction). Overall, he provided excellent service and we are very happy with our purchase. More

Dodge of Burnsville is GREAT! I arrived 30 minutes before closing on a very busy Friday and every sales person seemed to be occupied with other customers. A sales person named Malcom caught myattention and let me know that he would be along to help me as soon as he was finished. And did he ever! Malcom assisted me and eventually got mebehind the wheel of a brand new Challenger. Malcom rallied the troops and got them to stay after closing to finish the processing and financing paperwork. He even took the car to the gas station and filled it up while we were completing the paperwork. This dealership is top notch! Malcom was a pleasure to deal with and they gained a new customers for life today! More
