John was great and very knowledgeable. Mandela was kind and ensured my paperwork was processed timely. We need more Finance Managers in the evening at the end of the month. I had over an hour wait and everything was done prior to 8. I was at the dealership almost 10 PM! I came in at 7 PM. I had everything on my end and even gave docs to my sales rep in advance. This would be the only area of improvement I see. More

Initially, I had an appointment but upon arrival they couldn't locate the person I was supposed to meet. As I was walking out, the sales manager, Nick stopped and apologized, and offered to personally as couldn't locate the person I was supposed to meet. As I was walking out, the sales manager, Nick stopped and apologized, and offered to personally assist me. I gave them a shot again. There was the numbers game back and forth instead of the bottom line from the beginning as requested. Although I had my own financing and picked my car, it still took 3.5 hours to get out of there. I came back on Monday to bring my bank check and the car was not detailed or ready. I had to wait again. I'm actually normally easy to please but because the detailing was rushed, it wasn't complete. When I showed my sister my new purchase, she said "they didn't do a very good job detailing it" and pointed out the dirt on the doors, spots on the console, etc.. At this point I was ready to be done with the car buying process and just let it go. However, there were 2 individuals, Mikias and another guy who checked with me frequently and on the delays to update me although they weren't my sales people. All in all, I give the dealership a 3.5 Room for improvement for sure. It's a beautiful car though. More

I don't feel comfortable with the business I did with this dealership. Some figures were not very transparent and there weren't many explanations. Maybe I didn't ask for them, but they are not profession this dealership. Some figures were not very transparent and there weren't many explanations.
