Brought my car in before 9am. Had an appointment at 11. Was told to come in early to try to get the tires changed out in a few hours, didn't leave Longo Toyota until around 4:30. Had an appointment at 11. Was told to come in early to try to get the tires changed out in a few hours, didn't leave Longo Toyota until around 4:30. Nobody gave me updates until AFTER 2pm. And I kept getting false promised times on when my car would be ready. They said 12:30, then said 3:30 and I was not out of the dealership until 4:30. The fact that I had been there waiting all day when I could've taken the shuttle home was frustrating because I didn't want to go home and be told it was done just to call them back to pick me up. And every "update" I did get was basically within the hour of their promised time only to keep being pushed back. More

My 2012 Camry came in on a flat-bed. I din't know what the problem was, but it wouldn't start. So Biagio took it from there. From diagnosis to repair (new battery) he helped me out & set I din't know what the problem was, but it wouldn't start. So Biagio took it from there. From diagnosis to repair (new battery) he helped me out & set up a rental. I was able to pick-up at 5pm! Great service -- I have 2 Toyotas and always get my service at Longo. More
