Dealership drove car down to us and this is how we received it. Pictures were sent to the dealership from the salesrep. I would like to know how this happened. We are over 4 hours away and they want received it. Pictures were sent to the dealership from the salesrep. I would like to know how this happened. We are over 4 hours away and they want us to leave the car there, only problem is: How do we get back home if we drive it up there? how do we get to work? etc.... This is the only working car we have right now and they don't want to help us out except to leave the car there... the dealership stated that they called us several times and we have never received a call or let alone they never left a voicemail. Thery even said to contact them via email and we did and still have not had any response. I will never recommend to buy a car from there as they don't call you back. More

My partner and I attempted to get a Nissan Rogue from this place.We saw a car that we wanted and were approved for it, however the dealership needed to get parts for the car as it remained inoperable on this place.We saw a car that we wanted and were approved for it, however the dealership needed to get parts for the car as it remained inoperable on the lot. We waited nearly 4 weeks. The sales person was awesome and understanding. The management is another story! We played tag for nearly 4 weeks, having to wait additionally due to the service repair team ordering the wrong part.We called the managers asking for any accommodations because the issues of waiting and them not communicating with us. Point blank from Manny and general manager " Do you want us to give you the car? Your wait is not our problem " This playing tag happened for quite sometime. A few days ago, the part mysteriously showed up as we went into the dealership to see what had been going on. At this point we wanted a car that worked. We saw another car that was a few thousand higher, but not by much. The management team were to concerned about their own pocket and not interested in trying to keep our business. They refused to get us into this car. Keep in mind the parts for the car that we had wanted still needed to be installed and could take an additional 2 weeks because there is only 1 service tech that does it. we ended up not getting the car. Ridiculous. Reliable Nissan let nearly 30,000 with financing pass on by. Perhaps people like us ( GAY) were not welcomed here. Bad business happens here. More

I was sold a car on July 5, 2022. Waited until September 8, 2022 just to get the damage repaired since date of sale, headlights and driver door panel.
