Mano Gobencion at Park Ave Acura

The sales representative, Mr. Mano Gobencion was amazingly friendly and able to find what I exactly needed. First of all, he was really passionate about his job to get me a right car and understanding my situation about the previous Acura I leased in July this year, which was a total loss due to Hurricane Sandy. I really like the fact that he actually went over the current deals that Acura could offer me and showed me the comparison between choices I had to make. I was more than happy when I met him and leased another Acura in four months through him. I would definitely want to recommend my neighbors and friends who are planning on getting a new car to Mr. Mano Gobencion at Park Ave Acura. Thank you so much for helping me with getting a new transportation after I lost my previous Acura with a best rate of monthly payment as well as your respect and honor for my military background. Maybe I had a tiny edge, as my golfing buddy is friend's with the owner of the Park Ave stores. So when I asked "Roy" who to talk to, he hooked me up with Moreno, and I scheduled a test drive of 2 vehicles that were posted on their website.

I had just driven a TSX and a TL at another NJ dealer, and there was no comparison. The TSX we test drove was THOUSANDS less with about half the mileage and 2 YEARS newer. An 09, 36,000 miles on the clock TSX and the best the could do was HIGHER than the 2011, with 18,000 miles and certified to 2016.

Mano took us for a test drive. No pressure at all, and we (the car is actually for my son) were ready to settle up the deal. I got a fair trade on a 5 year old Chevy, adn they handled the paperwork effortlessly.

We picked up the car with a full tank of gas, completly detailed with summer AND winter mats, and the transaaction was incredibly smooth.

I'll be back at the Park Ave BMW store to replace my 06 X5 next year !

This is the second time i have taken home a new acura from park ave acura, the first time mano was my sales guy, and i couldnt have been more happy with my choice in a car, i decided to return, and used Curt, also another great experience, both great guys made my experience nice, and they are friendly, i am again extremely happy with my choice, and glad i was able to stay within the acura family, and happy to have used park ave again!

Mano provided excellent service, communications, and results in my purchase of my third consecutive Acura MD-X, and first from Park Ave. Acura. He had a can-do attitude, was positive and accommodating, and exceeded my expectations in purchasing a new vehicle. He worked diligently to get me the car I wanted in a short period of time, as I had waited until near the end of my lease to start shopping. He took the time to show me the features of the new MD-X and even helped move my personal belongings from my old car to my new one. I could not imagine a better experience at a car dealership, and will be back in 3 years for my next car with Mano, and will be recommending him to anyone in the market, in the meantime. Mano is an asset to Park Ave. and Acura.

I have visited this dealership in the past for service to my Acura CL for many years, but I have never purchased a car from them until now. I originally stopped by to see an Acura TL they had in stock, but an Infiniti that they had on their lot caught my eye. I was able to quietly check the vehicle myself for as long as I wanted without anyone coming out to pressure me. When I was finally ready I went inside and met with Mano Gobencion. From beginning to end, he was super great! I have never had such a good experience purchasing a car in my life. This was a breath of fresh air experience overall and working with Mano and was the icing on the cake. He is very honest, very helpful, no games and did I mention a very nice guy? This seems to be the overall tone of the dealership as a whole and everyone I ran into had similar attitudes. Great great great experience and price! Will refer everyone I know purchasing a car to Park Ave Acura!

I purchased a preowned Accura after looking at cars at various other dealerships. I had called ahead and spoken to Mano but when I got there he was with another customer. Victor stepped right up to help us instead of letting us stand there for 15-20 minutes while Mano finished. For our first impression I was amazed at how easily the two worked together to help each other and the cuswtomer. We learned everything we needed to know about the car and took it for a test drive. We talked pricing and they were right up front with great pricing. No running back and forth to the manager and pressure to buy on the spot. I told him I needed to think about it and would get back to him in a week. We went back in a week and finalized the purchase. Everyone involved was so professional and not that pushy nonsense that I just walk away from. When I picked up the car it was in perfet shape. Mano spent more time showing me how to use the GPS etc. then any other dealer I have ever dealt with. My past experience has been once you bought the car the salesman didn't want to know you. Not like this at Park Ave Acura with Mano. I stopped in the dealership once since the purchase and Mano again spent time answering my question. I could not be more happy with my experience unless they had given me the car for FREE!!! I would highly recommend the dealership and I do love my new car.

This is my sixth car in 14 years and I’ve had my share of new car dealer experience. Dealerrater.com is what led me to Park Ave Acura which showed an average rating of 4.8 as of 2009 December. I wrote down the names of the sales associates mentioned on the reviews as I did not want to just get the first available one at the door. Mano Gobencion happened to be at the top of my list. I am glad I was prepared!

Mano was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. There was no back and forth on purchase price, no sales talk, no stress. This was the best car purchase experience I’ve had. It is worth noting that Mano patiently spent over an hour with me going through every feature of the 2010 TSX, especially the blue tooth and the multi-information display set up. It is no wonder he has gotten rave reviews and has received “Council of Sales Excellence Gold Master” recognition consistently for the past 5 years. I am sure that the other sales associates are also as good as he is. But I can vouch for Mano; you won’t be sorry. More importantly, I highly recommend Park Ave Acura.
