The gentlemen who got me started was very helpful and communicated the process very well. It seems like the communication broke down somewhere in the process because I was told the service had been completed. I then had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the carwash. I'd come back in for another try in the future, but currently, I would not feel comfortable recommending this service center. The team was personable and pleasant, but communication (particularly at the end of the process) is very important and I left feeling a bit disappointed with the experience. More

I scheduled an appointment to check my 2022 BMW x3 that I purchased from pacific BMW less than a month ago, and requested a loaner vehicle. When driving on the freeway sometimes the engine runs at higher tha purchased from pacific BMW less than a month ago, and requested a loaner vehicle. The technician mentioned that the car was okay as long as the lights didn’t come on, but if I wanted to leave the car, it would have to stay overnight and they didnt have a loaner vehicle available. I couldn’t leave my car overnight because I needed transportation. More
