Lied to my face when it came to trading in a car. Said money I was putting down was going directly to the car I was purchasing, when in fact it went to a package deal that I didn't agre to. I came in yesterday looking for help with getting my phone to pair with my CRV's infotainment center. Manny so courteously came to show me what needs to be done. I truly appreciated his time and really feel he deserves the accolades for taking the time to help when he could have been taking other customers for more 'important' things. Manny Madrigal did an excellent job leading me through the car buying process. We love the CR-V Honda EX --The new sonic gray pearl is beautiful. I found this service helpful. They were very speedy getting back to me when I would contact them. I must say it put more pressure on me to keep in steady contact in order see when the car I had seen in transit would arrive. I feel like I lucked out by calling daily to check the progress and I was able to buy the car. It would have been easier to let me put a downpayment and to be personally notified.. More
