After a couple of weeks and some persuasion, Marc came through and delivered a practically brand new looking car. Chan emailed me documents for me to get a temporary plate to save me a trip. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. We found the dealership very friendly an tried extremely hard to make us happy. They need to improve on communication and quality control. Both were corrected after numerous calls. Getting the registration took several calls on my part to both the dealership and insurance company. Issues getting it done should have been relayed early in the process to avoid the frustration and continuous phone calls. I would definetly give them another chance for my next purchase. More
