Marcello is great - informative & makes me feel like he keeps my best interests in mind. I may be looking at a new car purchase in the next year or so. It was a pleasure working with Chris again from the scheduling process through the actual servicing. He looked into my previous service history, laid out this visit's service plan for me, provided cost scheduling process through the actual servicing. He looked into my previous service history, laid out this visit's service plan for me, provided costs and time expectations, and has always been professional and honest with me. As a frequent customer, he and others have gotten to know me over time. I also want to give a few kudos for yesterday's visit: - to the technician who worked on my vehicle, filmed the video, and the documentation - to Bryan for checking me in while Chris was busy with another customer - and to Marcello for greeting me. These little things truly matter because it shows the teamwork and customer service the Nissan service team has. Thank you, keep up the good work, and see you again next month! More
