Marcelo is an absolute gem of a sales consultant He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable and understanding of your budget and needs. He worked hard to find the exact car my son was looking for extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable and understanding of your budget and needs. He worked hard to find the exact car my son was looking for, and made the buying process a breeze. He even provided updates on the delivery of the car as well as pictures to forward on to my son. These were so helpful as my son lives out of town and we were able to keep him updated as well. Marcelo’s communication was top notch,and as busy as he was, he always made us feel as though we were the only customer. Everyone at the dealership from sales consultants to finance were so kind and welcoming and genuinely strived to make sure you were happy with your purchase. He is so ple WE LOVE IRVINE SUBARU! We went in yesterday to lease our 5th car from them. Marcelo Sileoni is the salesman we have always dealt with. He is so pleasant; we love working with him. We ordered our Impreza Wagon several weeks ago and he kept us informed about the delivery date. When we went in yesterday, everything was ready for us. He had a few papers to sign and then we went to Brady Lavin in finance for the final signatures. Those wee completed in less than 30 minutes. We always feel like family there. As long as we are close, we will ALWAYS lease our cars here. More
