Everything I have call with a question the customer service has been great, every time I have had my oil changed it's been great service in a timely manner. Rod was a great salesman (we even bought him lunch) and Marcia was great and kind as well! More

They Don't Keep their Promises When you buy a big ticket item like a car, you want to feel like you are on good hands & that dealer appreciates your business. I purchased two brand new cars & it took a total of three days for delivery. We stayed at the dealer some days in excess of 5-6 hours! One vehicle was still on the truck. We were advised that for all the inconvenience the dealer would make it up us. When we called to follow up, we were told that the dealer never made any offers. But, we should have seen the red flag. No one ever thanked us for buying the cars. If someone purchased a car from me & had to come for there days, I might buy them dinner. Be very careful of this dealer. It is full of unprofessional persons, confusion, & people with attitudes & others who tell lies! Stay far away. Go do business with the white folks or those with a superior reputation. We are already suckered in....but you should really do your research, stop by this place & see how they carry on. Then read these reviews & ask God to lead you to a reputable dealer who is known for treating all people good & fairly. The associate we interacted with in the end who promised to make up for everything....told us that...."I don't play". She has the power to make things happen. And she she did. She showed us that she is powerful enough to cancel the offer. Please be very careful. More

HORRIBLE Customer Service!! After purchasing yet a 3rd vehicle from this dealership, their treatment of a "loyal" customer is down right appalling to say the very least. No one a After purchasing yet a 3rd vehicle from this dealership, their treatment of a "loyal" customer is down right appalling to say the very least. No one answers calls nor do they return them. Mr. Roddrecus "Rodney" Dollar (Finance Manager) claims he knows nothing about financial deals that are made and therefore cannot/will not honor them--even though he manages this area. When asked for contact information of the GM, Rodney says "I don't know his email or phone extension". Then proceeds to "accidentally" disconnect our call upon transfer to GM's assistant, Melanie Thomas. Once I spoke with Melanie she haughtily informs me that Rodney has made her, the GM (Mr. Chris White) and everyone else fully aware of my issue and that no one can further assist me--GM had officially directed Mr. Dollar to tell me that "we will NOT be making 1st payment!". As I attempted to explain my situation and the series of events that led up to the conversation with Rodney, she rudely says "I'll wait for you to finish talking over me". At that point, I was absolutely DONE with my attempts in hopes of an amicable resolution. NO LONGER will I waste my time and money at this dealership having to deal with rude and ignorant people who are only interested in making a quick deal!! Nissan Consumer Affairs was notified regarding this issue as they should NOT have people in position like this to represent their brand! More

"Dwain Nails Is The BEST" My wife and I went to Nissian South November 3, 2014 for a routine oil change on our 2011 Nissian Rogue and was approached by a sale manager in the s My wife and I went to Nissian South November 3, 2014 for a routine oil change on our 2011 Nissian Rogue and was approached by a sale manager in the service area waiting room asking if we wanted to refinance for lower payments. We were introduce to Dwain Nails (sales rep) to assist us. After reviewing our current payments and others issues, Dwain showed us a 2014 Rogue and inquired if we would be interested in a newer vehicle. After waiting a few hours for the process, Dwain offer and brought dinner for us and apolozied for the long wait. Dwain was very professional from the beginning of our deal to the very end. We will highly recommend him and the entire staff at Nissan /south. After completion of the sale we meet with Marcia Hargis. She was friendly and experience in her knowledge of the vehicle explaning all of the features. Her customer services is superior. More
