It is beyond comprehension that this customer would post this on Dealer Rater after giving NOTHING but positive reviews and feedback( see her review below). We truly apologize if you misunderstood something being owed to you that wasn't. The WE OWE Documentation that you signed clearly states "Nothing Owed but Good Service." You not only signed this document, agreed with it, and posted a EXELLENT REVIEW. Again we apologize if you misunderstood or got confused during the process. My salesmen, Rod and Craig, both worked very hard to make the sales. My experience with them was a good. My family purchased two vehicles on Saturday July 3, 2016, a 2016 Nissan Sentra and a 2016 Nissan Versa. I hope that in the future, the salespersons handling the Internet Sales are more dedicated to meeting the customer needs. Had it not been for Internet Sales we most likely would not have ended up at this dealership. Nick impressed enough to drive to this dealer, but he didn't follow through well. Maybe he was just too busy and had to pass us over. In life, we can never judge a book by it's cover. We hope that we received the same type of deals we would have received at Sutherland Nissan of Mall of Georgia or AutoNation Nissan on Thornton Road, which is what we were promised. Our salesmen, Rod and Craig, and Sales Manager Mike Mathews, Customer Care Representatives La Kandice, and Marsha...all made up us feel very good about our car buying experience.
