Important to note that I had a previous experience at this dealership that was not positive and would not have stepped foot in the dealership if it had not been for the location and the particular vehicle I was interested in. Marcos and Arturo changed my perspective on the dealership to an entirely positive one. Not an easy task to change someone’s previously negative experience into a positive one, but they did so with ease. Would fully recommend Marcos for anyone’s next vehicle purchase. More

Next, we were introduced to a lovely gentleman from the Finance Dept. who listened to what we wanted and respected our wishes. Finally, they detailed the car, set up and synced my profile, put a big red bow on the front and handed me the keys. He patiently walked me through every available model and option, helping me confidently select the right car that suited both my needs and preferences. What truly set this experience apart was how much effort Marcos put into securing the perfect vehicle for me. He worked diligently to reserve one of the earliest available manufacturing slots—ensuring my car was scheduled for production on February 28. After that, he followed up closely to confirm my car had entered production, shared the VIN number as soon as it was available, and even provided the vessel details so I could track its shipment. He also patiently explained how the tracking process worked, which made me feel well-informed throughout. As the vehicle progressed through the next stages, Marcos continued to keep me updated during every step—including its arrival at the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC). His communication was consistent and clear, and he always made time to respond to any questions I had, no matter how detailed. His updates made a typically complex process feel smooth and stress-free. On top of that, when an unexpected federal tariff announcement threatened to affect pricing, Marcos was transparent and reassuring. He informed me right away that Mercedes-Benz USA would absorb the added cost for in-transit vehicles, which helped avoid any disruption to the purchase.
