This is the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had with inexcusable awful customer service. At the purchase of my 2016 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X, I was told I had to sign the contract including the after with inexcusable awful customer service. At the purchase of my 2016 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X, I was told I had to sign the contract including the aftermarket warranty in order to obtain financing. I was then told I could easily sign a cancellation form on the side if I wanted it removed. I went two days later and signed the paper work and scanned it to my phone on 11/5/20. I had to FIGHT to get a copy of my paperwork to make sure everything I needed went through with proof the $5,000 warranty would be removed. I was told in 6-8 weeks after the first payment it should be processed. At the 8 week mark I called again and was told another 6-8 weeks because there was an issue. If you are working with "Big Mike" for financing RUN. Now, after 7 months and dozens of phone calls with NO response, I am having to drive 3 hours to the dealer to FIGHT for my money to come back to me. It is a warranty I never wanted and signed paperwork for it to be removed. These people want your money, but do not care for you as an individual. Save yourself the heartache and go to a dealer that respects their customers and will not cheat them of $5,000. Worst service, zero communication, and out to steal your money. More
