After extensive research on vehicles and visiting other dealers, I purchased a vehicle from Bredemann. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealer. This auto dealership knows how to do business fast & with style. I had inquired about the 2014 Toyota Corolla via an internet quote and Yuri Reyes offered me a good price and assured me that the LE Eco with style. After a couple of days I called the dealership and was able to interact with Margaret Olesky and she took care of my buying needs in a jiffy. Margaret was so wonderful, friendly, and professional. She had the car all ready to show me once I arrived in person at Bredemann's in Park Ridge, IL. The car buying experience here is phenomenal. There was NO HASSLE and they got all my information ready to process and leave the dealership with a great big happy smile on my face. I had been to Bredemann years ago and had a bad experience in the service department so I was reluctant to shop there for a new car. The last three Toyotas I owned were purchased at the Schaumburg experience in the service department so I was reluctant to shop there for a new car. The last three Toyotas I owned were purchased at the Schaumburg dealership even though I live in Park Ridge. I just went in to look at the new RAV4 with the intention of driving out to Schaumburg to make the purchase. To my surprise I bought the car that same night at the Bredemann Park Ridge location. The sales person, Margaret Olesky was so charming and not at all pushy that I decided to give her a chance. Margaret took us for a test drive even though I was already sold on the RAV4 (my 3rd). Margaret convinced me to buy the car from Bredemann and took care of everything for us. I am thrilled with the car and would definitely encourage anyone looking for a Toyota to go in and ask for Margaret. She was lovely! More

She introduced me to Don Ziemke, the general manager, a very personable individual. Margaret quickly helped me find just what I was looking for, took me for a test drive and explained the car's features very well. Mr. Ziemke afforded me what I believe was an excellent deal for my needs. Jesus, the finance manager with whom I worked, was efficient, friendly and informative. Overall, it was a very positive experience for me and my daughter & 2 year old granddaughter (who enjoyed her time there). More
