We were sold a lemon We bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey for this dealer. Somehow it was not disclosed that this car had been in a front end collision. We told the dealer that We bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey for this dealer. Somehow it was not disclosed that this car had been in a front end collision. We told the dealer that the car must have been in an accident but they didn’t listen. We took it in for repairs at this dealer about 15 times. Thankfully we bought an extended warranty and this covered these repairs, although we had to fight to get it covered. After the warranty ran out we have spent thousands out of pocket. My wife and kids have been stranded in the road in this vehicle several times. Im not sure how this happened b/c this vehicle was Honda used certified. Iwould not recommend buying a used vehicle from this dealer. More

Great Experience as always! Bommarito Honda is a great dealership. Randy Borth is by far the best salesman in the St. Louis area which is why my family has been working with him Bommarito Honda is a great dealership. Randy Borth is by far the best salesman in the St. Louis area which is why my family has been working with him for over 25 years. He always goes the extra mile. Jason in finance also works very hard at meeting customer needs. We also stay with Bommarito because Margo in service is not only knowledgeable but also an ace at customer service. This statement is also true of Linn Rowe parts manager,who always ensures customer needs are met whether it is parts related or not. More

Terrible. Messed up my car and didn't fix the problem I had my car in for repair and they broke a relay. Fixed the relay but caused more problems and never fixed them. I drove back 3-4 times back to the d I had my car in for repair and they broke a relay. Fixed the relay but caused more problems and never fixed them. I drove back 3-4 times back to the dealer and they had my car in 3-4 times where an employee jokingly said "you should work here you are in here so much." They broke a relay and fixed the relay but it didn't solve the overall problem that occurred after they broke the relay. I still have problems after this and they said if I take it back I will be charged to look at it even though they didn't solve the problems they broke. Everything that is broke now worked fine before I brought my car into them. They blamed it on aftermarket things but all the stuff was installed professionally and has worked fine for YEARS before I brought it into this Honda dealer. I can't even believe they are a Honda dealer for how terrible this visit was. Never go here if you want your car fixed right More

Lied about when I could bring in my car I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic. I specially customized it myself. The day I was to pick it up, I was got notified that they ordered a wrong part. So I I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic. I specially customized it myself. The day I was to pick it up, I was got notified that they ordered a wrong part. So I go in, was told I could drive it home (since I had been in a rental). And they would order the part asap and once it came in, I could bring in my car immediately to have it installed. WRONG. I called to let them know that I received the notice and would be on my way in. The service lady told me I couldn't bring it in today. Even tho I was told otherwise several days ago. I explained that I work 12 hr shifts over night 45 min away from where they even are. So she went on to say that it's juat a spoiler, and I could bring the car in next week since it was still drivable or I could drop the car off and leave it over night. I said that wouldn't work bc I need my car to get to work and that I was also going out of town the following day right after work. She told me that she couldn't help me that I could bring it in next week. Major mess up on their part. Their service guy shouldn't have told me that I could bring it right in if rhat wasn't gonna be how it went. Esp since they ordered the wrong part in the 1st place More

Often there are sales associates in the lot to assist you without ever being pushy. Once inside the ladies at the front desk greet you with a smile and accommodate and assist with your needs. Next I meet with my salesman Jeff Dales who is a solid sales associate. He is prepared, organized, familiar with inventory, promotions, never aggressive, accommodating and polite. Jeff has helped me through the process of buying 6 vehicles to date. My experiences at Bommarito Honda have been great. I suggest you give them a try! More

Overall, good, but when returning to pickup vehicle When checking in service was excellent, but when I went back to pickup vehicle I had to pull over on side of highway to close the hood!! That should have been something that was first done by service technician when he was finished with the job!! And the service person who brought it in to service area should have also noticed it as well!! This is why I give them a fair rating!! Glad I noticed it before it came flying off at 60mph on highway!!! More

Driving home 2017 Honda Accord LX in 30 minutes I was about to purchase 2017 Accord LX from a dealership (other than Bommarito), but decided to give call to Bommarito, to see what quote can I get. I was about to purchase 2017 Accord LX from a dealership (other than Bommarito), but decided to give call to Bommarito, to see what quote can I get. My call got directed to sales. I got in touch with Jeff Dales, I told him about my requirements and the price range I think was good for the car. Jeff said Bommarito would be able to entertain my request and quoted me competitive price for the car. I went to the dealership with my wife, and within 30 minutes we had a deal, with the price tag which I think is the lowest in the whole of St. Louis and nearby counties. We started filling out the form for buying the car, and gave out our details and within 30-35 minutes, we were driving home back in new 2017 Accord LX. Jeff, went above and beyond to make sure we knew about all the features of the car. Also helped in connecting my phone with car bluetooth. In my eyes, Bommarito is the leader among other dealerships. Being a leader, comes with great responsibility, I hope Bommarito keeps serving their customers in impeccable fashion, thus holding their position as leader amongst other dealerships. In order to serve better to the customers and community, Bommarito should entertain the complimentary services at their West County location in Manchester, so consumers (of Chesterfield and nearby location) do not have to go through the drive. Do not care for their customers safety Was experiencing a SRS light that had been going on and off for a year. I finally took it in because the light wouldn't go off. I was told that it wa Was experiencing a SRS light that had been going on and off for a year. I finally took it in because the light wouldn't go off. I was told that it was a SRS light and if the light is being displayed my airbags wouldn't work therefore its unsafe to drive my car. It was noted in the system that the light was seen in february 2016. I was never informed of the danger I was in. This is not the 1st time i wasn't informed about car safety at this facility. Back in March i was told that my tire was fine after i brought it in 3 times because the tire pressure light kept going on and off. I was told that it was a sensor. After taking it to firestone I found out it was a defected tire that could've exploded at any moment! They replaced the tire and I never had a problem again. Honda and Matt Fair were never concerned about my safety nor did they want to accept responsibility for the faulty equipment or the fact that my car was jacked up when I bought it. So I am now driving with my 2 year old in a car that is not safe to drive. I have filed a complaint with safercar.gov because there is currently an investigation for faulty SRS modules associated with the passenger seat. I will never purchase any type of car or refer anyone to anything that has to do with Bommarito! Thanks for nothing! More
