Horrible staff , horrible service. I know mario and dylan are just unprofessional. I will never buy a car there again. Will never recommend anyone to go there unless you want to deal w I know mario and dylan are just unprofessional. I will never buy a car there again. Will never recommend anyone to go there unless you want to deal with xxxxxxxx. They dont care about the customers. They just want signatures and money. Its a disgrace ! And i've known some employees there for a few years and still was treated like crap. Never again More

Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable and accommodating, which was especially hard because I am a an out-of-state customer. Dealing with all that paperwork is not easy, but everyone handled i accommodating, which was especially hard because I am a an out-of-state customer. I had a great experience working with your dealership. There were no haggling or distasteful behavior. They know what they were doing and I would definitely recommend. If i could give less than 1 star I would. I am a MA resident. This dealer is an hour away. I bought a vehicle with them and they gave me a temporary plate from CT because they took so long to I am a MA resident. This dealer is an hour away. I bought a vehicle with them and they gave me a temporary plate from CT because they took so long to get my car plates/registration from the RMV . So I picked up the car on Friday (7/7) with a temporary plate and they said Monday (7/10) they will bring the plates to my house............. Monday came and went, Tuesday came and went, it is now Wednesday (7/12) and nobody bothered to call me, return my calls or email me back . It is not until my 10th phone call today, that I got through and I talked to the wonderful manager Jovany that I even found out WHAT IS GOING ON........... SO NOW IT TURNS OUT that the finance manager Eric "missed some paperwork" and they need ME TO drive another 2 hour round trip to correct his mistake. AND they cannot deliver their promise to bring the plates to me. I am so frustrated I am literally crying and do not know what to do. I work fulltime Please explain to me how I was able to get my car insured, stamped by insurance WITH the loan clearly on it, and NOW they are saying 'No, you cannot have those plates until the papers we missed are signed because the bank has NOT funded the car yet' .............. DOES this even logically make sense? How has it not funded the car if the loan is insured and stamped? Worse mistake of my life coming here. They like to take advantage of 24 year old girls and not even give a xxx when I am trying to make sure everything is okay. I can't believe buying a nice new car made me cry. This is so unfair. More
