After riding around in a junker for a couple of years, Autobarn VW of Evanston gave my partner and I a great deal on a lightly-used pre-owned vehicle. Though not a VW model, our salesman Mario was knowledgeable, eager to assist, and made the entire process as straightforward and comfortable as possible. The final price was reasonable, market-appropriate, wasn't difficult to agree upon, and didn't have any hidden or unnecessary fees. We'd recommend Autobarn VW of Evanston and Mario to anyone! More

Not very professional Sales professional Mario of the Volkswagen dealer is very unprofessional. The deal fell through and he decided to take his anger out on me. Frustrated or not you should never take your anger out on a client. When I decided to walk from the deal he told me to go f*xx myself and that I'm a big waste of his time. I would have considered going through with the deal if he didn't go crazy and blow up on me when I questioned why the price wasn't what we agreed upon. If you want a sales professional who will treat you with respect go to autobarn fiat across the street. They treated very professionally since the first time I walked in the door. More
