My sons and I purchased our cars at Patrick, and anytime I bring my vehicle or my sons bring there vehicles to Patrick, we always get exceptional service with a smile. Even when things are hectic, your serv I bring my vehicle or my sons bring there vehicles to Patrick, we always get exceptional service with a smile. Even when things are hectic, your service people are very friendly and respectful. They know what good customer service is! We always get a call informing us of the problem before any work is done, the cost (if not under warantee),and approximately how long it will take. This helps so much to plan my schedule. I can't say enough about the great people who work at Patrick and the service they give! Thanks for the good service with Mario. He has always given us GREAT service. This is the reason we keep coming back. Everyone is so friendly at this dealership. I just wish you had cars like the Pontiac Sunfire that I purchased from you 9 years ago. The price was great and the car is still running great. You lost a good car when Pontiac went out. The cars you have now are too expensive for me. Some day when I will need to purchase a new car, I will have to look for a new dealer that has cheaper cars. I will miss this dealership and Mario when that happens. More

Recently had brakes replaced and some warranty work performed on my truck. I was given an excellent price, so good I didn't consider doing the job myself. The warranty work resulted in a minor issu performed on my truck. I was given an excellent price, so good I didn't consider doing the job myself. The warranty work resulted in a minor issue (seal leak). I notified Mario about the issue and he completely understood my concerns and got me in the next day to resolve the issue. Dropped the truck off at 7:30, was fixed by 9. Awesome service! More

The service department is always friendly and cordial. They know me by name and greet me that way. I am very impressed with the service at Patrick. They have created a life-time customer in me. Here is an example. I needed my airconditioning repaired. Another shop quoted me a price less than that of Patrick but I went with Patrick. I only sought out another price because it is only rational to do so. But you cannot put a price on trust. I, of course, went with Patrick. I will definitely purchase my next new car there as well! More

I have had nothing but great experience with doing business with Patrick Pontiac. I bought my VIBE new from them, and have serviced it right from the start. Its always fixed correctly, the service pr business with Patrick Pontiac. I bought my VIBE new from them, and have serviced it right from the start. Its always fixed correctly, the service prices are better than using local service shops. They shuttle me to and from work, always have the car ready when I asked for it. And they never tell me about a service that my car really does not need (such as local service shops do). Always friendly - and you can always get a soda form PATs cafe, while you do work on your laptop with their wireless service. More

I bought my Envoy a little over 2 1/2 years ago and have only taken it into Patrick for service thus far. Patrick does quality work and they always answer my questions. And I ask a lot of questions.
