I have been in automobile sales for 10 years. Prior to that, I served in the U.S. Navy. As a sailor, I was an Operations Specialist assigned to a Combat Operations Center. I have always had love for cars even as a child, and right after the Navy, a family member recommended the car business. I fell in love with the business and helping people, especially fellow veterans and active service members. I enjoy seeing my customers reactions when they get into their new car, that they are taking home for the first time.

We've always been a Lincoln family, especially loving their Black Label line, but Mario's attention to detail and how much he focused on making my dad happy with Big Star was just astonishing. From start to finish—before, during, and even after delivery—Mario was exceptional. We bought a GV80 last year and a brand-new Yukon the year before, and while those experiences were good too, Big Star, thanks to Mario, has been the best. He was always there for my parents. We're definitely coming back, and Dad's already talking about getting the 2025 model next year! More
