Service at Transwest in Scottsbluff is always good, but this time Mario took it to another level. There was a misunderstanding with my appointment time, so my truck was over an hour late getting in. Mario this time Mario took it to another level. There was a misunderstanding with my appointment time, so my truck was over an hour late getting in. Mario explained what happened and comped my service that day. I told him he didn't have to do that, and he insisted. That kind of customer service will definitely keep me coming back, and I will highly recommend Transwest to anyone! More

The dealership was quick with getting me in for a oil change and check-up! When I called to make an appointment the service desk told me that I didn't need to make an appointment, that they were accepti change and check-up! Mario said it would take about an hour and a half to get it done. Sure enough they got it done quickly and he brought my car back to me with a free wash. I also had a coupon they had mailed me, so it was inexpensive! More
