I was there on Friday, September 1 and Wednesday, September 6 to buy out my lease. The sales person and sales manager were polite, but did not provide accurate loan interest rates. The manager simply September 6 to buy out my lease. The sales person and sales manager were polite, but did not provide accurate loan interest rates. The manager simply went to web pages for interest rates without searching future. I spent 2.5 hours on Friday and again on Wednesday doing the actual pay out for purchasing my previously leased car. It should be noted that on both days the dealerships were quiet !!!! More

Helpful and understanding staff! I worked with Mark and it was a great experience. I had a lease that I knew I had negative equity in, and was way over my mileage. Mark helped me ov I worked with Mark and it was a great experience. I had a lease that I knew I had negative equity in, and was way over my mileage. Mark helped me overcome this challenge and get me into something I wanted, freeing me of my lease and not killing my bank account. He took the time to go over my options and listen to what I wanted, and didn't write me off as a customer due to the less-than-ideal situation. I never felt any pressure to make a decision on the spot, I truly felt Mark was on my side. More
