Went tonight to look at a used convertible. Before driving it, the salesman said the top didnt work, but they would fix it. Went in to buy the car, manager refused to fix the top and said his manager driving it, the salesman said the top didnt work, but they would fix it. Warranty repair on XM raido Has taken months to repair warranty work on radio when XM identified the problem being the radio module. I believe they sent a message to replace it, service rep, and your own technician had seen the problem. Why so long to fix? I understand your computer was not working with warranty computers, customers should not make 3 trips to have problems fix. Orr did give me a oil change for my many hours of lost time. More

By the time I needed my first oil change, we realized Orr had taken over the previous Nissan dealership on I-240, which is much closer to our home. We've been there for oil changes on my car and my husbands Rogue, and have been very happy each time! We use Conner as our service rep and he is excellent! He's friendly, happy to help us and the service on our cars has been exceptional! More
