Until 2/17/21 I thought I had a good relationship with LHM Hyundai in Peoria. That is until Mark Castelman decided my leased vehicle would appreciate a good cleaning and he was talking about the inside. LHM Hyundai in Peoria. I have been allowing the sun to heat my home during the day and that means opening the garage window and letting IN the warm air along with any dust. Mark probably enjoys the use of a furnace to heat his home!!!!I would appreciate the assistance of Dirk as my service person. More

Everything was great. Mark knows how to provide good customer service. Everyone is friendly and professional. The only thing I wished they did better was washing the cars. I have not had a good carw customer service. Everyone is friendly and professional. The only thing I wished they did better was washing the cars. I have not had a good carwash in the two visits. This time they washed the exterior but didn't dry the back so I got my pants wet when trying to put a stroller in the vehicle. Minor issue but it is the only thing I could say could use improvement. More

Great and fast oil change and tire rotation service! All done in 1/2 hour including washing my car! This was the fastest service by any dealership thus far.
