Buying out a Lease Mark Chambers was an excellent sales person to work with. He was extremely helpful with our unique situation and the Toyota Team was creative in helpi Mark Chambers was an excellent sales person to work with. Mark had excellent communication before, during, and after using multi modes of communication which is helpful given the speed of life these days. I hope the new Toyota Dealership will do well in the future. I was not happy with the previous dealer's practices in the services/maintenance dept. TIP: Let your customers know that their free/complimentary service package/agreement (i.e. Oil Change) has ended before doing work on vehicles and then charging the customer. More
