I arrived at a busy time, but Mark saw the line behind me and jumped in to help. He even arranged a Lyft for me. I was there for two issues and they worked to try to recreate the problem. keeping my car over and jumped in to help. He even arranged a Lyft for me. I was there for two issues and they worked to try to recreate the problem. keeping my car overnight, they took measures to keep the issue from reoccurring, even though they couldn't reproduce it. I haven't had the problem again, but if it happens in the future I know they will take whatever next steps are necessary. More
