Disregarded my complaint because they could not find the problem without taking a little extra time and effort, and went on to perform a service not agreed to while doing nothing about the initial problem. problem without taking a little extra time and effort, and went on to perform a service not agreed to while doing nothing about the initial problem. The service manager did step in to make an effort to make things better but since it was late in the afternoon he said he was limited in what he could do. Plus I was out of time. More

Buenos días realmente estoy insatisfecho con el negocio realizado primero al momento de firmar mis papeles con la persona de Creditos quería ponerme un montón de garantías y cosas adicionales que yo no le pedí y al momento de quitarlas el servicio fue pésimo por otro lado me están cobrando dos cosas dentro del negocio que no me quedaron nada claras no se para que son y por eso realmente no puedo recomendarlos como un dealer serio lo único a destacar es la disposición del asesor.
