Avoid this dealership at all costs! **UPDATE** I received a call back from Heather, the company rep commenting on this post. Although Mark, the Service Manager, stated this is a well-k **UPDATE** I received a call back from Heather, the company rep commenting on this post. Although Mark, the Service Manager, stated this is a well-known issue and they are seeking a fix for it, they have now all changed their story. Although thousands of buyers online are complaining about the same transmission issue online, which affected all year models of the Nissan Titan XD and recent Armadas, Nissan now says this is normal operation and they are not issuing a fix for this. EVERY person I have spoke to in the service area knows this is an issue and says it has plagued the XD for 3 years now, but now Nissan is no longer going to release fixes for the issue. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND VISIT THE FORD OR CHEVROLET STORE. STAY AWAY FROM THE TITAN XD AND ARMADA. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was sold a new 2018 Titan XD with known transmission issues. The Titan XD has forum after forum full of owners with transmission issues. They have released semi-fixes for the 16 and 17 year models, but the 18 has no fix. The truck is worthless with these transmission issues plaguing it. Service department is super nice, but there is no fix they can perform to fix the computer issues which control the transmission. They must wait on corporate Nissan to roll out a fix. The year only has 4 months left in it and they still don't have a fix for this years model. The same issue affects the Armada, per thousands of unhappy owners. DO NOT BUY AN XD FROM NISSAN. It has nothing to do with this dealership, but everything to do with Nissan as a company. It's insane they would not fix the known issue before releasing the current year model. Mark, the Service Manager, rode with me and stated this is the same issue plaguing the XD's and his team would try to find a fix for this. More

Great Experience Robert Sharp was our sales representative, very easy to work with - we purchased a new 2017 Nissan Maxima, and a few months later we purchased a 2013 Robert Sharp was our sales representative, very easy to work with - we purchased a new 2017 Nissan Maxima, and a few months later we purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima for my daughter. We keep coming back! We've had such a great experience with the team at Nissan of Cool Springs that when it came time to trade in our 2008 Armada (which I LOVED, btw!), th We've had such a great experience with the team at Nissan of Cool Springs that when it came time to trade in our 2008 Armada (which I LOVED, btw!), there wasn't even a question what brand of vehicle or where I was going to take it for next driving adventure. We've had nothing but professional and helpful exchanges with everyone from the front desk receptionist, to the sales team, to the service team, and that's why we will continue to purchase Nissan vehicles at Nissan of Cool Springs. Thank you for making me a loyalist (and I've had a few other brands before this!). More
