I totaled my beloved F150 back in January and thus began the hunt for a replacement. My trucks are my babies and I am very specific about what I want, but I never buy new so you can see where that is a cha the hunt for a replacement. I live in Iowa and inventory in my area was extremely scarce, especially for my specs. Pat Milliken Ford had the perfect truck, my new to me CPO 2020 King Ranch. AND, they had it for $3-4K under comparable trucks in my market. I wasn't really able to consider a King Ranch until I found theirs at the exceptional price. So, I ventured out to a fully "online" buying experience for the first time ever and got connected with Mark Hollars to do it. Mark was exceptional throughout the entire process. His responsiveness and attentiveness to all the moving pieces involved an off-site sale was awesome. He was an easy phone call or text away at all times and kept things running smoothly, despite me throwing the wrench of a delayed delivery due to a planned vacation into the mix. When they tell you they are well-versed in out of state sales, they aren't just blowing smoke. They have it down to a science, When my truck arrived it was as advertised, but I am REALLY picky and saw some VERY minor things I wanted to touch up (couple of tiny door dings and a small scratch in the rear leather seat.) I mentioned these items to Mark figuring they would just remind me that I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and normal wear and tear must be expected. Or point out that I had taken possession of the truck a couple weeks prior and they had no way of knowing if I caused the damage myself. NOPE! Not only did Mark respond right away, he instructed me to go grab a quote from my preferred shop for the small repairs and send it over. They approved the quote right away and took care of everything, no questions asked. That is how it should be, but so rarely is when purchasing vehicles these days. When my state was annoyingly picky about documentation requirements to register my new truck, Mark answered the phone the first time and tracked down what I needed right away to make sure I didn't miss my registration window and have to pay extra fees. It seems like finding people that care about doing the right thing and take pride in what they do is getting much harder to do these days. I read LOTS of horror stories about the games some dealerships began playing when Covid turned everything into the wild west in the automotive industry. You will find none of that at Pat Milliken Ford or Mark Hollars. The price is the price, the doc and filing fees are standard, and they truly care about making sure you LOVE the vehicle you purchase at Pat Milliken Ford. Thanks for everything, Mark. I hope I'm not back in the market for another vehicle for a long, long time but when I am, I would definitely call Pat Milliken Ford and Mark Hollars again. More

I visited patmillikenford Thursday 2/3/2032 had this man as sales man. Extremely rude,rushing me, and over all would not allow me to drive cars that were able. Had friend check with dealership under a different name and email. Let me know I was not treated fairly. Over all Patmillikenford advertising 25 gift card I did not get one nor offered.The man that does the trading was just as rude. The manager called encouragement the rushing. Now I will state if anyone had to buy from this dealership please go to two men that sit next to this man. Rick or Robb as I sat I seen how customer service should go! The porters asked did I want a drink not Mark Hollars. I guess because we all the same color. All is well I went to Subaru dealership in Ferndale Mi spend more then I wanted to buy so worth it. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced I am in my 40's.Not to ment There were two More

I love my vehicle. I purchased a used Ford Explorer from Pat Milliken Ford and could not be more content. I had been searching for a car for a while now when I came acr I purchased a used Ford Explorer from Pat Milliken Ford and could not be more content. I had been searching for a car for a while now when I came across a listing from Pat Milliken Ford. I wanted the car from the moment I saw it online. I requested info on the car and availability to take a look at it. Sadly, no one reached out to me immediately. I ended up reaching out to the dealership and getting in touch with Mark Hollars. I let him know what I was interested in and advised him that my timeframe was tight. Mark did not skip a beat. I was able to meet him the next day, see the car, test drive it, and tell him, "yes I want it." Mark helped me with every aspect. I had a couple of concerns with the car and Mark helped resolve all of them by being my advocate. The concerns I had were either resolved or a game plan set up to correct these issues by the time I rolled off the lot the same day. THATS IMPRESSIVE! I needed to get in touch with a service advisor shortly after. Mark got me in touch with the Service Dept, specifically Juliet Guertin. Again, AMAZING SERVICE! sometimes issues require parts, and in this day and age, we all know that the shipping industry has had constraints that have extended the time you have to wait to receive what you order. frustrating, yes but when I reached out, I was met with support from all ends. I would like to personally thank Mike Hollars and Juliet Guertin for helping me, dealing with me, and understanding me. I believe that these two people on the team at Pat Milliken Ford display Extraordinary Vision, Missions, and Values. The commitment, to make sure that everything that I wanted to be addressed, was addressed. The Passion to teach me that which I did not know without being spiteful. the Integrity of being honest and truthful about the history of the vehicle. and the Family value, which made me feel welcomed and not just another sale on the book. Work with Mark, and you will be in good hands for your next purchase. Work with Juliet, and you will know that your service is being performed by an Advisor who understands and cares. 10/10 ... i will be back for another car More
