I was not too thrilled, but knew that I had purchased an extended warranty, as well as having the protection of the manufacturer's warranty. There was an oversight in the original inspection and I went to my salesperson (Mark Johnson) personally with my obvious concerns about the original car. Luckily, I had a salesperson that truly cared about my safety and concern and I drove away in brand new Corolla that day. He made a potential nightmare experience into a positive one. I left there in my new car with appreciation for Mark and the staff at Atkinson Toyota. I will be a future customer. Thank you for making everything right. More
