My name is Mark Lange, I'm married to my wife Julie, and I have 4 kids. I love my career it has never felt like work to me, I feel very fortunate to have found a career at a young age that helped me grow and achieve many management rolls. Mark Lange, the new General Manager is the reason behind the 5 star rating. I experienced multiple offsetting hiccups all along my new vehicle purchase journey, but Mark stepped up and got directly involved the 5 star rating. I work for Ford Motor Company in Customer Experience and in both my personal and professional opinion he is exactly the kind of leader we need at all Ford dealerships. He is completely customer-focused and will be able to do great things as a people leader as he guides all his employees to have that same mindset that he does. He's a problem solver and makes you feel valued as a customer by listening to your concerns and addressing them. Never once did he make me feel like I was wasting his time. Thanks, Mark! More
