After a brief hiatus, Mark rejoined the Grossman family in the summer of 2017. He has called Old Saybrook, CT, home his entire life. In his free time he plays guitar at home and fills in as needed in several local bands. He has a love of Military history and is especially fascinated with World War II. Mark has also been known to be quiet the animal whisperer and has tamed a few neighboring squirrels who can now be hand fed!

The service response was very good, but unfortunately the transmission problem on the Cadi XT5 is well documented and apparently there is no current solution. They got it right the first time. My GMC was recalled They got it right the first time. My GMC was recalled for a steering problem. It was brought in to the local GMC dealer twice to r&r the problem. Fail Called Grossman service and what a great team between parts, service and body shop. I won't hesitate to call them in the future. Everything you have heard about dealer service is not true.
