Very dissapointed. Had an oil change and service done. Had to bring the truck back as it was leaking oil very bad. Evidently the mechanic didn't take the old oil filter gasket off and installed the new Had to bring the truck back as it was leaking oil very bad. Evidently the mechanic didn't take the old oil filter gasket off and installed the new filter along with the new gasket. Not good. My engine was completely covered with oil and my barn floor now has a huge oil stain on it. My wife and I worked for two straight hours to try and get the floor clean but to no avail. Have to live with it now. Drove to Cody Wyoming last week with the camper and the yellow check engine light came on. Never did it before. All the gages read fine. Truck ran fine. Checked all the plugs under the hood and one snaped in a little bit near where the oil filter is. The yellow check engine light went off and never came on while in Cody and never came on the entire trip back. Started the truck up one morning while in Cody and the "Preform Service" alert came on. Evidently the mechanic never reset it. Had to google the steps to reset it myself. This is the second time Cowboy Dodge never reset it. Really considering on changing where I have my truck serviced. Should not be a hassle. Kirk More

They did a wonderful job replacing the clutch, flywheel, and rear pinion seal on my BMW 335xi. Labor was reasonably priced, work completed quickly, and I have had no issues with the car since! Only thing I had a problem with is the fact it only takes 5 minutes to change a battery and I had to leave my pickup. And was charged 30 dollars for an hour of work. Great experience during my first oil change service, the staff greeted me as soon as I drove up to the express door. The interaction was friendly and was a nice surprise to find out my oil change was free. staff greeted me as soon as I drove up to the express door. The interaction was friendly and was a nice surprise to find out my oil change was free. They even checked for recall notices and was able to preform that as well in the same “appointment”. The service didn’t take long at all, maybe an hour. I don’t remember names, sorry! Was two men working in the early morning on Tuesday at 8:15am. My invoice says Mark. Thank you everyone! More
