This was much better than past experiences with previous ownership. They communicated better and told me what to expect. Still VERY VERY expensive, that should be the next thing they work on, lowering servi ownership. They communicated better and told me what to expect. I go 4 stars, because of expense and I am not sure any business can truly earn 5 stars. It would have to be so far far above and beyond it would be hard to achieve. 4 stars is a very very good rating in my book. More
