My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
First of all I would like to say this was without a doubt an awesome buying experience. Mark lead the way and Amanda completed the process. Both demonstrated great knowledge, skill and professionalism with a very personable approach that I had not seen before in the car sales industry. I am a USAA member and they worked hard to ensure that I received the best deal possible in my upside down vehicle situation. I was so impressed with the deals and the service I purchased two vehicles at the same time. If things continue to go in this directions I suggest that the other CJD dealers in the surrounding area close down. They'd better hope that this secret does not get out. I had shopped the new Hedricks CJD, formerly Tim Marburger, and Stateline before visiting and they could not touch Lake Norman. Mark and Amanda just made the experience that much better.

My dealings with Mark,Amanda and Christina were as promised. I am a USAA member and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a new car. I didn't have the best of credit but Christina worked her magic and my wife and I are proud new owners of a 2012 200. I left McKenney Dodge to travel the 25 minutes to Lake Norman and I am so glad we did. Mark was awesome I told him on the phone what we were looking for and he had One picked out when we got there and it was exactly what we wanted color and all. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER>>> Thanks to Mark and Christina.

My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
2 years ago, I had a horrible experience with my local Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge dealership. I then drove an additional 35-40 miles to Lake Norman. Mark greeted me with a great attitude and the rest is history…. In just a very short time, I drove of of the lot in my brand new RT Challenger. This was a great experience – Mark was easy to work with, as was the entire staff. (I actually went by the local dealer a few days later to let the Sales Manager know that he missed the sale and would probably not have the opportunity to ever sell me anything other than oil changes in the future)

Fast forward to last weekend. I decided to trade my car on a truck. I was once again greeted by Mark (I called the day prior to make sure he was going to be in) – he showed me only what I was interested in, educated me on trip package differences, etc, and before you know it we were making a deal. Once again Mark and the rest of the crew at Lake Norman did a great job.
I could just as easily saved myself the 70 – 80 miles of driving by going to my local dealer, but did not. Everyone has the same vehicles to offer…………. Customer service and overall experience are what a dealership is really selling, and I am sold on Mark and Lake Norman Chrysler.

So - Why have I given such a good review? Simple - I got great service from a friendly staff and for the 2nd time, I am happy with my new Dodge product.

I am sure that when I am ready for another ride, Mark & Lake Norman will be my 1st call.

I drove by the dealership 2 weeks ago and fell in love with the new Dodge Charger. I really liked the Hemi as well. I was a little concerned though because I have a lot of student loans and medical bills and I didn't think I could get financing for the vehicle I wanted. The company I work for had already rejected my credit application due to my student loans. During my visit, the salesmen respected my desire to be left alone and I didn't speak with anyone that day. After leaving the lot I still couldn't forget the Charger so last Saturday I submitted a finance application online and called the dealership Monday to give them additional details. I quickly learned that Mark and Amanda were working my deal and Amanda even called me to ask a few questions. She said she would let me know what the finance company says. I tell you- it literally took them less than 2 hours to confirm everything and call me with good news. Amanda had called the finance company personally, got them to waive some of their requests, and they financed my new black, 2012 Dodge Charger RT. And I even got my Hemi, my sunroof and the spoiler I wanted. Mark and Amanda made it simple, stress free and QUICK to get into a new car - even with credit issues. So by 5:00pm I was rushing to pick up the kids and was heading to the dealership to close the deal. When I pulled up there was a big red bow on the hood of my new car. Mark and Amanda met me at the front and within an hour Mark had walked me through the car features, I had signed all the docs with Amanda, and Mark had the car detailed and ready to go. I thought I would have time to step away and eat, and ended up rushing back because everything was so quick. Thanks so much Mark and Amanda for making a normally stressful experience simple, quick and pleasant. I'm still in awe at how easy it was to get into my new car. BTW- You can't imagine how much of a conversation starter a new car can be. I've met more people in 20 hours than I have all month. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Mark and Amanda. Especially those who are rebuilding their credit or frustrated with other pushy salesmen. Thanks for all the help!!!! You have a new loyal customer!

My experience purchasing my new 2012 Dodge Crew Cab fron Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge was a totally new and refreshing experience in automotive buying. Mark Mosayebi is a consummate professional in every aspect of the sales process. He is an expert in the knowledge of his products, really takes the time to understand what you want in a vehicle, the goals and objectives of the purchase and your expectations as far a price you are looking to pay. When it cam time to negotiate the deal there was no game playing, no haggling but purehonest respect of what I felt the deal was worth and with in minutes we shook hands on a completed transaction. If anyone is in the market for a new or used vehicle you are cutting youreself short if you 1.) do not shop at Lake Norman and 2.) more importnaly ask for Mark Mosaeybi to be your sales person to work out the purschase of your next auotmotive r trcuk purchase. This was a true five star experience from the minue I was greeted at the door until I drove off the the lot with my new Ram 1500! Than you Mark and Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for such an excellent experience.

We just used our GM credit card towards the purchase of our new 2012 Dodge Charger! Even with $3000 worth of credit toward any GM vehicle we still went for the Dodge. With all of the new cars and trucks coming out we thought wed take a look at all the manufacturers. What caught our attention at LNCJD was actually the sales person (Tony Williams) first, not the car! We felt like we were dealing with family. After explaining our wants, needs (great gas mileage and safety) and financial position Tony took us for a walk on the lot to see a 2012 Charger. When I saw the look on my wifes face I new she was in love. When Tony gave me tech info about the near 300 horse power and over 30 mpg I was in love! He picked us a winner.

Mark Mosayebi expedited all the info and gave me the unbelievable numbers. The price was less than the best I could find on the True Car website. That means THERE IS NO BETTER DEAL!

In the process of repairing our credit scores we didnt think wed get a decent interest rate or a loan at all for that matter! Brian Kanabroski Finance Genius got us approved with an unbelievable rate! When I signed the papers the monthly payments were actually lower then what I had expected.

We have converted from a GM to a Dodge Family!

FYI-Please let Tony know I will be in on a regular basis for that coffee and Danish!

Mark is a great sales-person. We met Mark in 2009, and found his approach to satisfying my family's automobile-need to be refreshing and very positive. We are purchasing our second vehicle from Mark in 2011 for similar reasons. Specifically:
1. He is knowledgeable AND shares the information.
2. Absolutely NO pressure to commit to a vehicle that you do not want.
3. Tenacious in his approach to locate/find the exact vehicle that you are seeking.
4. He presented us the BEST value for the money.

Price was higher than expected because of undocumented processing and documentation fees tacked on. We should have sold our older van or donated it and would have been money ahead (a "win-win" for all in retrospect).

I purchased a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country Limited on Sept. 17, 2011 from Lake Norman Chrysler. I was very please with my experience in purchasing a new vehicle. The Sales Rep that helped my was Mark Mosayebi and he was very knowledgeable about the product. He readily answered all my questions and worked hard to get me the best price. He was patient and didn't push me into buying but did help me any time I needed more information. The delivery of the vehicle was great, not taking too long to go over every little thing but showing me the most important things and offering to help if I had questions in the future about any of the features. The facility was very nice a comfortable for both purchasing and waiting for service work. I look forward to a great on-going relationship with Lake Norman Chrysler.
