If I could give 0 stars I would. Also I wish I had read the reviews before I utilized this business. Now, I will begin by stating I purchased a 2024 Chey Malibu from this dealership Also I wish I had read the reviews before I utilized this business. Now, I will begin by stating I purchased a 2024 Chey Malibu from this dealership in February. Immediately after purchase I started getting emails asking me to review and rate the dealership knowing that I would be happy because I purchased a new car. However I do not rate a business until I form some kind of relationship with it. My 1st experience was an oil change and it went decent. Then on 7/12 I called the service department to let them know my reverse camara for my 2024 chevy malibu is not working properly. They scheduled me an appointment for 7/19. On 7/18 at around 10 a.m. I called to see how long I should expect to have my car looked at. I was told I will have to drop it off. I explained to them I am not a resident of Murfreesboro so this is the reason I am inquiring about the length of time. Then I was told they will speak with my service representative to get an answer to my question and they will call me back. At about 5 p.m. I missed the call back with no voice mail. I immediately returned the call. The phone said she had no idea who called me. Then transferred me to a number to which I was left on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and it seemed to me the phone representative got annoyed with me by her tone on the phone and progressed to everyone else I spoke with. After this I got someone on the service rep on the phone who told me I will have to drop my car off on Friday 7/19 but they will not be able to service my car until Monday. Also I was told they will not be able to accommodate me with a loaner car. Leaving me extremely disappointed and sorry I used this dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Finally I am considering to using another dealership for service. More
