Service is good there. Always waiting a long time though. Never had a problem till this last visit. When scheduled appt for rear brakes I said 1:00pm fine as long as I’m ou Always waiting a long time though. Never had a problem till this last visit. When scheduled appt for rear brakes I said 1:00pm fine as long as I’m out to pick my kid up from school at 3:30. Gentleman at service desk said not a problem, only take an hour. That day, 2 hours after arrival for appt and still waiting, I approached the gentleman at service desk to let him know I had to leave to pick up my kid at school. He was nice and understood my situation. They got car to me about 10 minutes later. However, the cashier, Karen, made a comment about “rushing” her. I’m sorry but I would have never scheduled appt at that time if I knew it would take longer than I was told. I couldn’t help but laugh on my way out the door bc if anyone should have felt rushed that day… it was me! More
