The customer service, support and overall effort provided by James Preston was superb. He was always courteous and answered our questions quickly and completely. This dealership is 100% A+++++++++++++ they have treated myself and my wife like family. This is the greatest we have been treated by any dealership in my life. Our sales consultant Bryan Rodgers is tops he has sold us 2 Honda Civics in the past year most recently after my wife's accident which totaled our car. Bryan even took time to contact my wife while she was in the hospital to see how she was doing. This is a special gentlemen , along with Mark Root the Business Manager . We would like to say thanks to the whole team at Preston Honda for making our lives feel so complete when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Everyone involved in the sale went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I had selected. Starting with the first phone call to the dealership I was treated with exceptional customer service that cont get me in the vehicle I had selected. Starting with the first phone call to the dealership I was treated with exceptional customer service that continued right through signing the final paperwork. Each of the above mentioned employees were friendly and courteous. The vehicle was brought over from Preston in Boardman to New Castle which saved me a trip. Kurt brought paperwork to my place of employment to help move the process along after I was presented with an deal I could not refuse. All in all it was a smooth sale from beginning to end. Thank you all very much. I love my new car. More
