The most pleasant and helpful experience I have ever had buying a car!
Staff were efficient, friendly, attended to ALL details so I would not have to, and took time to explain warranty requirements, how features of the car operate, etc. Truly wonderful!

My Review of Ciocca Honda:
After spending too much money on repairing my car, I decided it was time to look at a new one. In spite of the dearth of CR-Vs available due to the earthquake in Japan, Ciocca was able to get us the car we wanted exactly - the color, the model, the price - in a time frame that worked out great. The staff is so attentive. Especially Mark Shellenberger who answered my questions within 5 minutes of my emailing him. I had such a great experience, I fully recommend the dealership. There's no pressure. It's just always "Great News".

My Review of Ciocca Honda:
We recently purchased a new Honda Accord from Ciocca Honda.

From start to finish, our experience there was excellent.

Our salesperson Mark walked us through the process from beginning to end with knowledge, patience, kindness and a low pressure approach which was greatly appreciated.

Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there and to be of assistance.

Michael, in the Finance Department, explained all of our paperwork thoroughly, answered all of our questions and didn't pressure us into accepting any extras we weren't interested in.

Ciocca delivered on everything promised and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and colleagues. Although they have a product that I'm sure oftentimes sells itself, they do not take their customers for granted. They took what can be a stressful, unpleasant experience and made it a positive one.

Class act all around.

My Review of Ciocca Honda:
Extremely pleased with all aspects of Ciocca Honda, from sales to service. Traded in my 2005 Pilot (purchased at Ciocca) for a 2011 Pilot. I was treated like a VIP customer the minute I entered the dealership! Never felt pressured, was able to negotiate a budget-friendly deal, and left smiling. Have always used the Ciocca service department, and will continue to use them for all of my 2011 Pilot's needs. Thanks Ciocca, you have another satisfied customer!
