Friendly, hospitable location and very proficient. We knew the vehicle we wanted, we test drove it and sign the final paperwork and write out about 2 hours. Mr. Shipman was a pleasure to work with. I live a little over 200 miles away from this dealership and he did everything from checking the car out himself, even coming in on his day off to find out the story over 200 miles away from this dealership and he did everything from checking the car out himself, even coming in on his day off to find out the story on the vehicle. I have not had positive experiences with the service department in the past. It was refreshing to have Mr. Vanzant as my service advisor! He was courteous, patient , knowledgeable and helpful. The Servi department in the past. It was refreshing to have Mr. Vanzant as my service advisor! He was courteous, patient , knowledgeable and helpful. The Service Manager in the past has been rude and not responded to my safety concerns . I had not intended to return to this Service Department, but I will return if Mr. Vanzant continues to be my service advisor. It was refreshing to have an advisor that did not communicate to me in Spanish! More
