Mark was excellent in his communication during the process of purchase and diligently follows up after the purchase as well. Mark Shipman was my salesman, and he was great. Very patient and understanding. I knew he wanted me to buy a car yesterday, but he was not overly pushy. He let me test drive several cars without hesitation. Giovanni, the General Manager (can't remember his last name), was great as well. He introduced himself and expressed that if I needed anything to let him know. When I decided yesterday was not the right day to purchase a vehicle become I had not found the right one. I asked Mark and Gio to let me know if they got anything else in that was a little newer and the same price range. I told him it did not necessarily have to be a Honda or Toyota so long as it wasn't a GM vehicle. He immediately said he has a Ford that would fit within my budget. Mark and I took it for a test drive. It was the one. We got back, Giovanni and Mark worked on the numbers and got it all worked out. Jannet Barragan completed my financial paperwork. She was very pleasant to work with. She explained all the documents very well. Was not pushy, and it seemed as if she liked her job. She was very professionally friendly. Yesterday's car buying experience was great. I would highly recommend John Eagle Honda of Dallas. More
