Great service! I came for oil change to my leased Rav-4 after my work. Mark Tigner talk to me about the service my car needed and about future service as well. And h I came for oil change to my leased Rav-4 after my work. Mark Tigner talk to me about the service my car needed and about future service as well. And he introduced the Toyota Care Plus program for future service if I decide to keep the car after my lease term. Very useful information. And it took only about 40 min to complete the service to my car, so I was happy it didn’t take long. Thank you so much! More

New car under 60 minutes My car passed away quietly at the shop. This left me on my feet with a full work load in a new state. I had recently moved here. New job.... new marri My car passed away quietly at the shop. This left me on my feet with a full work load in a new state. I had recently moved here. New job.... new marriage... dead car. Walked down to Greentree auto and met Pete Przyborowski. I know.... funny Irish name... right! Pete was right on point. Showed me the lot. I wanted better than my previous car. Used... low mileage. He showed me several. I knew I wanted a Camry and they had one. Met my needs and away went the paper work. I came in close to closing. The team stayed the course and got everything accomplished in short order. Can't thank Pere and his team enough for taking care of me. More

Ridiculously Efficient & Fast I didnt even have time to finish my coffee and the service was completed. They even vacuumed my interior! Wow well done. well taken care of The service center took care of me better than any other repair shop I have ever used and that encompasses more than 50 years of car ownership. I seem to have my own front desk service representative - Kim Schwab, who follows up on what the car needs, speaks with the service techs and calls me on what should, can or might be needed to keep the car in good shape. She sets up everything I could possibly ask for from Greentree and she does it with a very nice smile. I drive more than 3 times the annual average mileage than most households - my car always needs to be in top shape even though my Prius now has 160,000 miles on it. It still runs beautifully. I need to "get in and go" and I couldn't be happier with how they have handled my account. It is nice to be able to write a good review for them. DS More
