I came in for a Kia Sorento on 2/5. We only had an hour and a half to get the deal done. The salesman was awesome, Zaid. However, the finance guy was ignorant. I didn’t catch his name, We only had an hour and a half to get the deal done. The salesman was awesome, Zaid. However, the finance guy was ignorant. I didn’t catch his name, but when I told him my income he laughed. I said I didn’t want a crazy 1,000 payment and I was hoping to lease. I couldn’t get a lease and ended up with a high payment, but I will refinance soon. When I told the finance guy that I didn’t want a 1,000 payment he said “But you make 20,000 a month” as it seemed he was questioning me and laughing. He was very ignorant, I’m not sure if he thought I was lying about my income or if he assumed because I am a female, that I didn’t have that type of income or what. I would not recommend this dealership as long as this finance guy is employed. More

Marko came over to talk to me and was extremely condescending. He didn’t want to even try to make a deal or work with me. He came over and said “a little off on the price aren't we” because I asked condescending. He didn’t want to even try to make a deal or work with me.
