I arrived and was greeted outside. They directed me to the counter and explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. I was invited into a very pleasant waiting area with coffee, drinks, donuts, etc. I watched them decorate their “giving” tree for Christmas 🎄. I was given an option to be shuttled somewhere if I desired but it was a relatively short wait. Nice group of people. Easy Peasy More
