The car was not detailed very well at all,was not vacuumed,not wiped down on the inside or out and the windshield still had sticker glue on them. I’m very happy with my experience. Bobby did an excellent job of taking care of my first maintenance along with isolating an alignment issue and not charging me for the repair. I always dread dealerships because I feel like as soon as you pull up there on you like vultures, but I have to give an enormous shout out to Janet who was not only absolutely amazing but she completely chan you pull up there on you like vultures, but I have to give an enormous shout out to Janet who was not only absolutely amazing but she completely changed my perception! She was just easy-going, didn’t make me feel pressured, but she was on top of everything in a timely manner took care of every detail and even remembered my garage door opener that I forgot in the car I traded in.
